Tam Transportation Company Inc. is hiring reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team! As a key part of our operations, you’ll deliver packages safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service.

**No CDL Required**

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages on assigned routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, loading/unloading packages as needed.
• Plan efficient routes and follow all traffic and safety laws.
• Verify delivery documentation and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Report any issues, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Prior delivery/courier experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle packages safely.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: Up to $175/day ($150 base + $25 bonus for timely pickups)
• Stop Bonus: $1.20 per stop over 130 (city) | $1.30 per stop over 120 (rural)
• Additional Pay: $0.50 per package + $25 daily bonus for on-time pickups and good attendance
• Weekly Pay & Paid Training
• 1 Week Paid Vacation after 1 year of service
• Schedule: 6 days in a week.
